Shipping policy

CARRIER

Physical Products shipped domestically (Germany) as well as those shipped to all other countries EXCLUDING THE USA will be dispatched with DHL.

Physical Products shipped to the USA will be shipped with USPS, with any import taxes included in the shipping prices.

We reserve the right to change the Carrier without prior notice. 

 

PACKAGING

We endeavour to reduce our environmental footprint. As such, packaging is kept to a safe minimum, with recycled/recyclable materials used where possible.

Slings and small items such as Projectile moulds will be shipped in padded envelopes or cardboard cartons, depending on order size.

Projectiles are shipped in cardboard cartons, with biodegradable padding.

Sticks, Shillelaghs and Staffs will be packaged in cardboard with kraft paper padding.

 

IMPORT REGULATIONS

Ensure that any physical products you purchase are legal in your jurisdiction and not subject to special regulations such as Biosecurity laws. 

Any goods seized, damaged or destroyed by border authorities as a result of failing to check local laws are the sole responsibity of the customer and generally ineligible for returns, exchanges or warranty claims. We reserve the right to grant or deny partial or full refunds at our discretion.
